Richard Fredrick, a native Californian, has been designing for over 20 years and has studied fashion and jewelry design extensively at L’Atelier in Florence, Italy. He has earned a B.A. in Fine Art from the University of San Diego and an A.S. from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
